No, no positive quote this morning, eventhough there are things to be positive about.
No, not my screaming almost 3 year old in a packed train at 9 am.
Not the embarrassment you feel, because everybody (including yourself) wants your child to be quiet.
Not the remark “WHAT A NAUGHTY KID” when you’re just going to the hall your child can have his meltdown over there.
No, no positivity there.
However, I am positive and proud about the fact that I stood up for my son, asked the woman what she just said (just checking if I heard it correct), told her Mason is tired and asked her if she has never been 3 years old and walked away when she replied with “ehm… yes… ehm”.
Positive for the people that made positive remarks about what I had just said.
Positive for the sweet lady that came up to us, I had a chat with and complimented me for how I handled it.
Positive that she comforted me when I started crying.
Positive for the other lady that came up to us and gave Mason candy (which I didn’t give him, but it’s the thought that counts).
Positive for the smiles from everybody when we came back to our seats.
And when you wright everything down, there is so much to be positive about, even with stupid ass ignorant people that should just shut the f*ck up.
So I wish all you lovely people a positive day filled with love and strength😘
